Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach with Tray.io, Marketo, and Salesforce to automate the first touches each inbound lead receives. We also have outbound sequences we use.
Pros
- sequences are genius - often "set and forget" and they just work for your team
- automates the most menial parts of sales development, making jobs more interesting
- makes testing what works in email possible for sales dev team
Cons
- reporting could use improvement, but provides necessities
Reports on sequence activity are helpful for knowing how well different types of leads/emails perform.
- Massively increased response rates to email
- increased number of meetings set
Customer success has been helpful the few times I've needed them. The docs are pretty comprehensive though
