Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc to create and send quotes, and manage signatures and payments. Before we had to use Salesforce-generated quotes which were clunky and not pretty. Now that we have a SaaS model, signatures are even more important.
Pros
- Easy to use/Intuitive
- Analytics are super helpful - to see if the object has been viewed/signed/completed/forwarded, etc.
- Easily store templates
- Payment by cc option through stripe
Cons
- I wish the clone feature was a bit easier to navigate.
- Time saved!!! Template data base and easy to create new quotes.
- Less chasing signatures.
- CC payment option saves time.
I haven't used these features except for the real-time notifications which are super helpful. I can know the moment someone opens the quote and I can see if they have/haven't signed - give me an opportunity to reach out and see what questions they have.
- Visibility into user analytics.
- Database for us all to see all of the quotes in one place.
Provides more features, professional documents, and ease of use.
