Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We primarily used PandaDoc to send sales contracts to prospective sales clients. We also used PandaDoc to send internal contacts to some of our contractors. Created templates, and fields so sales reps could quickly and easily send contracts out. Prospects would receive and sign agreements

I've used DocuSign in personal dealings. Seems to work pretty well. Guides the user right along. We ultimately went with PandaDoc over DocuSign because of the price and features. We didn't need a tool that was overly powerful and being a smaller company wanted to keep costs down

Light weight contract management. The company I used PandaDoc at was a little smaller, and we felt we didn't need all the features or capabilities of a mature tool. It did exactly what we wanted it to do. The primary use was for sales to enter into agreements
