Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is used by Pewabic to manage employee time, including daily hours and requests for paid time off. This application is used by everyone from our Executive Director on down. It's an easy application to use for staff and supervisors -- because its interface easily allows the manager to look over his/her employee's overall time, clock-ins and outs, and PTO hours.
- The interface is easy to understand and use. Navigation seems intuitive. This results in a platform that's easy to use for all levels of computer literacy.
- Paychex Flex allows the user to see current as well as historic hours
- I've been happy with tech support, the one or two times I've had an issue with logging in.
- It can be challenging to log in from a mobile device. Sometimes it has worked, other times it has not.
- This is not my area of expertise, but I feel that Paychex Flex has had a positive impact on improving HR efficiency.
