Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Here at Hanna Paper (Mid Atlantic) Inc. we use Paychex Flex to prepare and process our payroll, payroll taxes, new hire reporting, earnings and deduction register, 401K deductions, retirement summaries, etc. Paychex Flex makes the entire process efficient and easy. Paychex Flex keeps all our employee information and data for future reference, reports our taxes, prints and ships our checks overnight along with completing our W2's for all of our employees. There is ALWAYS someone available to talk to whenever I call in, and I start my work day at 6:30 am. It is amazing and so are their employees. I don't know what I would do without Paychex Flex.

I have not used the reporting
Paychex Flex's online help, chat, and phone support are all amazing. I have used them often and have always had my issues resolved professionally and in a very timely manner.

I have no issue with Paychex Flex's overall usability. IF I get stuck, there is ALWAYS someone to immediately assist me either by phone or chat.
I definitely recommend Paychex Flex. At times when I am unsure of where to find something on-line I simply log in and click the CHAT box and someone is there almost immediately to guide me through my issue step by step. Same goes for when I call in. I have never once been disappointed with their customer service, help, guidance, explanations, and training, etc.

Everything about working with Paychex Flex has been easy from the get go!
The people, the communication, and the entire process. We can't imagine working
with anyone else. :)
It is ALWAYS easy working with Paychex. I have never run into an issue with one single representative over the years.
I cannot stress enough how thorough, helpful, and professional they are. Enjoyable to talk to also.
Explain up front what you need, what your expectations are, and always be willing to listen and ask questions in a polite manner.
