Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex for payroll and onboarding new employees. We have 7 full-time and 10-15 part-time employees. Payroll is very easy and my account executive is excellent. She is almost always available and has always been able to solve any problems I have. She is patient and friendly and professional.

  • You can onboard employees 2 different ways, but one is wrong and yet the system still lets you do it
  • It says you have 15 minutes to edit payroll, but sometimes it's less
  • As a church, we have a part time treasurer and the biggest benefit has been the lack of frustration in the payroll process. Paychex saves time and frustration and therefore is more likely to help retain the employee
I have not used the reporting
Payroll is very easy and my account executive is excellent. She is almost always available and has always been able to solve any problems I have to my satisfaction. She is patient and friendly and professional.
We used our denominations resources, but they outsourced payroll and it was more expensive and way less manageable

I think they could do a better job with education (helping me to learn the system by listening to teaching segments at my convenience)
My account executive has been so responsive and knowledgeable and patient with me. She is honestly the best customer service person I have come across in a long time and that seems to be very rare. The payroll process is easy and fast and if I have any glitches or new scenario's, they resolve them quickly and to my satisfaction. This is not a frustrating process
