Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paychex Flex for our employees to enroll/view in benefits, view their pay stubs, tax forms, PTO balance etc. The APP is very convenient for our employees to use. We have had some hiccups with benefit enrollment and audits are necessary to ensure accuracy. The Paychex Flex team is very responsive to any issue concerning payroll. It is nice to have everything in one place for our employees.

Paychex Flex Reporting

Positively - We have used some of the payroll reporting for forecasting financial needs/growth. I frequently look at the hours and labor cost reports to determine ROI. Also in keeping up with state and local tax payments. Some of the reports are helpful in filing items with government entities. I am sure there are many reports we could take advatage of but know nothing about

I would have to do some cost comparions with other companies before I would recommend. In my experience, we have had multiple issues across the board with different aspects. In my opinion, I wonder if we are getting what we are paying for. In my opinion, it seems expensive but not having much to compare it with I am not sure. I was told it would make things easier to have everything with Paychex Flex but in my experience, we continue to have issues and not much personal service. The HR advisor is most consistent. In my experience we have had multiple payroll administrators and not the best result with our benefit administration. I am sure there are a lot of programs included in our package we are not taking advantage of because we don't know. In my experience, the software on the administration side is a challenge to use.
