Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex as the only source of payroll processing for two divisions of our organization. We have tried to implement the PTO program with limited success. We have had to resort to keeping it manually unfortunately. We tried Paychex Flex's insurance program but that too was disappointing and not a lot of follow through was done once we signed on.
