Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Entering New Hires, Submitting/Entering Payroll, Terminations. Reporting/Tax time.
  • Regular updating on new requirements for our state
  • Check in's to make sure the user interface is friendly
  • Quick Response times in most cases
  • Employees do a good job of educating us on use of platform
  • In the past we have lost two account representatives and not been informed in advance that they were leaving. In both cases, we didn't find out the rep was no longer working our cases until after emails had been unanswered for days.
  • would be ideal if email could be sent as a group email to each admin at our company instead of one email per person. Makes it difficult to know who received which email and who didn't.
  • Employee self service options have been quite handy and time saving for HR dept.
  • New Hire entering is much more seamless now
  • workflow is easy to manage
  • reports are relatively easy to create based on need.
Positively - Reports allow for ease of information to be pulled when required. This has been useful
On almost all occasions our questions are answered within 24 hours. Any agent I've personally spoken with via phone when needing immediate assistance was handled professionally and with kindness
