Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is being utilized for the entire Human Resources Operations lifecycle. From the applicant tracking system to the onboarding documentation and everything in-between, Paycom was one single source of record for us.

This allowed us to integrate on to one platform and conduct our business there.

  • ACA reporting.
  • Payroll.
  • Applicant tracking.
  • Better scheduling system for retail environments.
  • More user friendly ATS.
  • Reduced time to hire.
  • Saved administrative costs with onboarding process.
I selected Paycom due to the ease of use in the system and the customer service that was received. The onboarding process with Paycom is fantastic and very easy to change as needed. The employee workflows also worked exceptionally well and saved us a lot of time. The most important factor was the customer service. It was far beyond the other companies I utilized.

Overall, I found Paycom to be a very good solution for our business. We were struggling to find one system that not only was functional, but had provided excellent customer support.

  • Implementation was a breeze. Out of my 5 times doing this in multiple organizations, this was the easiest.
  • Great Customer Service
  • System is easy to use
  • Ad Hoc Reporting is very strong
Cons
  • Applicant tracking system is a bit lacking - would have liked more functionality
