Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paycom fro payroll, employee onboarding and for required training programs such as HIPPA compliance. Paycom keeps evertything within easy reach and continually updates their product.

The more things you add to Paycom do increase the original cost

I found ADP reporting to be much more cumbersome than Paycom. ADP was extremely expensive comparably at the time I used them and that was what drove the switch to Paycom. Paycom constantly updates their platform and offers webinars each month that highlight the new changes.

Paycom is perfect for the experienced payroll person. In my experience, you cannot always get in touch with your specific Paycom representative and that can be frustrating at times. Since Paycom is a midwest based company there are certain tax items in NY and probably other states that were not implemented when we started with them, so having a knowledgeable payroll person is a necessity!
