Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We partner with Paycor for payroll, HR, and time and attendance. In 2018 we moved to Paycor from ADP and we haven't looked back. We have found Paycor to be easy to learn, easy for our staff to use, and responsive. We have found Paycor able to deal with the unique needs of a non-profit. I would highly recommend Paycor.
  • Payroll processing - Straightforward and understandable.
  • Regular updates, with users able to request and vote on improvements.
  • They have an add-on for onboarding that is clumsy to use.
  • We've been able to eliminate many employee paper files.
  • We've been able to simplify work-flows.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Paycor is intuitive and somewhat flexible.
We have found Paycor's customer care to be must greater than ADP's. We have found their product, in general, to be much more nimble and flexible.
Paycor understands non-profits in a way ADP didn't, and that is invaluable.
