Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We needed an all-in one system that could handle employee engagement as well as other traditional HR functions (payroll, ben admin, scheduling, etc.). We were previously using a payroll vendor that did not offer ben admin, time keeping, performance, engagement, etc. so everything was done in separate systems and spreadsheets. Getting Paycor allowed our team to have a 1 stop shop for all things people related. It has helped our employees stay engaged with their performance and their peers through the Perform feature and has allowed our HR team to save time because we don't have to switch between systems and doing manual calculations.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Previously, we had multiple systems we were using for Payroll. A Payroll vendor, scheduling software, benefits sites, and spreadsheets for accrued time off. Because Paycor allows everything to be done on one system, we have saved a significant amount of time and stress running payroll. We don't have to worry about manual errors, don't need 10 screens opened when running payroll, and trust that everything is accurate.
Number 1 reason was price - based on all the functionality, we expected Paycor to come in a lot higher from a price point perspective but it was significantly less than the other software we looked. This made me a bit nervous because of how much the price difference was (I figured if it was noticeable less, there must be something wrong with it). There isn't. Paycor is great and a good price point I was able to defend to my CEO and CFO and get quick approval to start implementation.
