Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I was a company administrator and user of Paycor, all products at this time other than new Sourcing and their performance management. They have a very streamlined and user friendly platform. Customer service has gotten better and they are quick to help out when needed. I love their support system. The LMS system, well, not so much, but I might need to be able to utilize as it was purposed. Just can't find anyone that has been able to help me out yet. Implementation was super easy breezy and the sales team was amazing. Other than LMS, Paycor has really helped streamline many of our processes, they are administrator and user friendly and I would highly recommend them!
  • Super easy to maneuver ATS system, with checklist and onboarding dashboard.
  • Love, love their reporting and analytics. Great data and all in one place. Great data and reporting tools.
  • Need to make LMS a little easier to build and learn. Maybe a LMS administrator to teach L&D administrators. Super convoluted.

Would you buy Paycor again?

Yes

  • Has minimized the cost of onboarding and new hires
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Just know that using Paycor has lowered the amount of time and energy for onboarding so that HR could focus other tasks.
Super easy to use and very user friendly. Some manager roles get confusing, but staff are easily redirected.
Paycor had more features for the money, cost saving features that streamlined processes, and easy to use
Great for a small business, but has been able to support multiple FEINs.
