Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor on a daily basis for HR, Onboarding, Scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll. Paycor continues to hear our requests and develop new improvements to continue to improve with the client and its users. Paycor has so many functions that work together to bring all needs into one platform. Their customer support is amazing they have live chat via phone, live text, and a ticketing system at your service.

  • onboarding has helped with HR onboarding tracking and overall experience for both the client and the employees being hired
  • with the payroll reporting we have been able to help accounting with new budgeting forecasting
  • with the compliance tracker - it has help us eliminate possible error ahead of time.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Just with the hiring and onboarding process itself we used to send out paperwork through email and have to enter it in now, It is all imported to Paycor with the connection of the ATS. On the hiring side, it has become overall a better experience when trying to get the right candidate.
Just the fact that Paycor has everything that we need to feed to one place is amazing. With Scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, reporting, analytics, HR compliance, training, hiring, performance, onboarding, benefits, and resources. i am sure there are other produce that we are not even using yet that Paycor is offering.
Paycor has a lot all in one place and it has been helpful for both the client and the users to navigate and execute our needs. From creating and posting our schedules to payroll processing with Tax assistance to HR and onboarding, and benefits integrations with live feeds. Along with their reporting system to be able to over view everything that the client has going on.
