Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is our HRIS system. If you are referring to ways that Paycor tools have helped our organization, I can say that tools that I am excited about will be your AI assistance with job descriptions and the availability of using AI to help bring forward solid candidates.

- Reporting - Allowing you to go back in time to pull prior salaries & prior titles for that given time.
- Vacation/PTO Time - Not allowing managers to approve time off requests, when the team member has 0 time available.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - From coming from a PEO to Paycor the payroll processing time has been reduced significantly.
I have not seen other products similar to Paycor to provide feedback.
