Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use Paycor on the dauly for all HR related items. I enter new employees - Onboarding, I help with the payroll, so all payroll items and we also use it to track our PTO - time. Paycor has met our growing Company needs. As our company grows this software will be able to support our growth with the different reporing that it allows.

  • We keep better tracking of the time away so that we do not over-pay employees like we used to.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - The detailed reporting is what saves a person time. The payroll process now seemless takes less time to post.
Because there are still a couple of items that paycor can improve on, particularly their customer service aspect. THeir employees need to become more knowledgeable of the product.
Paycor allows a larger company more functionality. Paycor's reporting is more customizeable therefore a beter software to use. Dubak has grown and continues to grow and Paycor has supported our company growth with the necessary modules needed.
The reporting feature allows us to get our specific Company reports that are customizeable.
