Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is used as our HR hub for our employees and data records for our subcontractors. The program has been pretty easy to use with just a couple of hiccups along the way. One being their benefits end. There is a ton of work that is asked to be able to implement benefits that shouldn't be asked of us as the client. It should be the client providing the information and Paycor doing the building and other items requested, as most places don't know what they are looking for due to knowledge of what is being asked.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We are no longer needing a third-party company to do payroll which was costing us each time we processed. With the ease of Paycor payroll system, we are able to bring it back to doing in house and it gets done in less than 30 minutes. We are also saving time by not having to wait to review payroll journals from the third party before payroll can process.
Paycor is much more user-friendly and more understandable in their sections and use of each. It is a lot less confusing than the other program. The ease of just getting out training to the employees have been so simple and they are able to access from their company phones with no issues.
