Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is a very user-friendly program. Like most HR systems, customer service is poor. In my experience I tried to implement the benefits enrollment system and that was a disaster. They also did not set up our tax IDs correctly and almost 2 years later, we are still trying to get it corrected. Their solution was to refund what we paid for the service and let us deal with getting everything straight with the state.

It has made payroll, recruiting and on-boarding much easier. Love the goal setting tool.
