Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for payroll and reporting, we also use it to track time at our other company. It is very helpful when assisting current employee's with questions on the check stubs or benefit information.

  • signing up for benefits for employees it is hard for a lot of employees to understand
  • providing answers when you call for questions we are told were to look ( which in most cases we have already look without any resolves for the issues)
the only thing i would change is the ability to add both mailing and physical addresses when doing onboarding.

i like that we can log on and check on every employee as far as current information. i do not like that it is some times hard to navigate.
