Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity mostly for payroll and time tracking, but plan on using it more for benefits, onboarding and other areas in the near future as we get more comfortable with the system. Previously we did not have a great HRIS that allowed us access to reports and employee information. So far, it is meeting our needs and we believe that as time goes on it will continue to do so in more areas that we haven't yet explored.

  • Payroll implementation - it was pretty bad and stressful mainly due to the specialist we were assigned.
  • Better control for payroll and employee data
They have been helpful. My only suggestion would be to find a way to get time and labor to send data more automated to HR & Payroll. There are so many steps/clicks involved when completing payroll.
Employees love having a portal to view payroll and update their personal information.

I love being able to call customer service and getting immediate help. I wasn't sure this would be the case with the size of Paylocity. I have not had a single call that I wasn't helped with my issue immediately. This is so important especially when we are so busy with other tasks. Having issues resolved and checked off our to-do list is a major reason we are so happy with Paylocity.
