Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for timekeeping, payroll, and benefits. It puts everything in one spot for me. I am able to view timecards, manage benefits, and process payroll through Paylocity and have reporting features that can be customized to provide labor hours, costs spent, etc.

Payroll is processed much quicker, and I am able to access years of service and previous job title information quickly. I spend less time gathering information and can quickly process payroll or run reports that are needed in our day-to-day activities to endure we are hitting goals.
Very similar. Customer service is better with Paylocity. While I was not at the company when the program was chosen, I felt this far surpassed others I have worked with and has the capability of doing much more than we use it for.

I enjoy having everything in one spot and being able to access individual modules. The benefit of having payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and reporting in one area is extremely helpful in my day-to-day activities. My only complaint is that each module has a different representative to speak with and feel I would benefit more from calling and speaking to one person about any issue that arises or help I need.
