Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity in our organization to process payroll, manage employee data, and centralize human resource processes. Paylocity has allowed for a smoother payroll process and has allowed us to streamline our onboarding program.

  • Expense reimbursement process has improved significantly.
Time tracking has been easy to navigate.
The Community is great - we still have more to explore, but having a centralized zone for communication and collaboration is a plus for our business.
ADP was great to use! The transition from ADP to Paylocity was tough, as communication from customer service wasn't the best. But once we learned how to navigate Paylocity more, we found great use in it! Getting information can still be a challenge, as we are commonly told that there are "enhancement requests" when Paylocity doesn't have the capabilities to provide the functionalities we need.

Paylocity is a great platform for onboarding employees and streamlining what could be a lengthy process for reviewing and signing paperwork. There is room for improvement when moving new hires to payroll in terms of having clean data (check dates). The process for rehiring employees could be better; for example, rehiring ideally is one step where there aren't any gaps in data from the old to new information.
