Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HR & Payroll needs. We use the Expense feature for employee expense reports. We use the Learning feature for online training. We use the Onboarding feature for paperless onboarding. We use the Performance feature for annual performance appraisals. We use the Survey feature. We use Time & Labor. We use Bswift Benefits for benefit enrollment.
- Payroll is fairly simple to process using Paylocity.
- Community is great. We really enjoy posting information to share with employees.
- The Performance feature is nice for paperless performance appraisals.
- Reporting. I am not a big fan of the standard reports.
- Customer service. When we first switched from Paychex to Paylocity we had a designated account manager. Now anytime you email them or call you have to talk to whoever answers the phone or wait for them to submit a ticket and get back to you after you follow up with them several times. It usually takes a long time to fix issues.
- Learning. Better topics would be nice.
- Payroll. Reduced errors.
Paylocity's automation tools haven't really had an impact on overall business.
Community and Peer Recognition (Impression) has helped manage and improve employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
All of these payroll companies are all the same. They all have similar systems and poor/average customer service.
