Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used for payroll processing, HRIS, recruiting, new hire onboarding, and recent performance reviews.

  • Direct account manager.
  • Response time when emailed questions are sent.
  • Reduced multiple systems for timekeeping.
  • Better workforce visibility.
  • Reporting tools are more efficient.
  • PTO is better tracked and used.
The automated tools have been a game changer. The time saved has been highly valued. Staff can perform tasks more efficiently and with less room for errors.
I haven't used these tools that much, so I don't have any feedback.
