Overall Satisfaction with Planview AdaptiveWork
In my role, Capacity Planner has been a game changer! Being able to assess resource availability and forecast in real time, as well as seeing true metrics on over and under utilized resources has improved our service delivery!

- as a new user, we are changing our ways of doing things to align with Planview best practices, so I don't have any areas of improvement just yet
- AdaptiveWork has allowed us to gain better reporting on multiple fronts. For example, resource utilization (billable and non-billable) - we had large spreadsheets factoring in numerous variables before - and now this is all brought into our report by data already entered.
Yes - we have customized many areas to optimize the product for our business.
The quality of the dashboards and reporting capabilities of AdaptiveWork is second to none! Being able to include all of the data that we can on one dashboard but keep the quality is impressive.
Pipedrive - having this integration is crucial for us to start the project creation process!
We are able to streamline workplans and PM's workflows.
Internal customer experience has improved - time entry is so much easier! The ease of filling out daily status reports is seamless.
We moved from ConnectWise Manage to Planview AdaptiveWork. AdaptiveWork is so much more user friendly. Reporting is so much easier. Capacity planner is better.
