Playvox is used by all departments as a content manual on how to serve customers. It is used as a tool for monitoring the quality of customer service performance, all tool errors, and service successes.

  • Issue notifications.
  • Allow attendance data and graphics.
  • Allow sharing information for everyone as a business social network.
  • Home page layout can be more dynamic.
  • Improvement in the assertiveness of customer service provided by the attendants.

Playvox is very useful in various areas of the company such as management, quality administration, and performance metrics of each instance of customer service provided by our agents. I really like the possibility of having manuals with all the service tips, content, and very important information for customer service. All the content can be updated and it is easier for the attendants to view the content that will be given in the form of customer service.
