Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
The platform is used by the entire company and by all employees. We align internal flows and ensure the best communication. We also use it to receive rewards for productivity and quality, in addition to being able to access a knowledge base with several articles about the company and service to its employees.

Despite being different applications, in terms of usage and recommendation, I prefer Playvox. Despite the aforementioned defects, when comparing them with those of other applications, Playvox has an advantage in almost every aspect. Overall, Playvox is the first recommendation in terms of applications used in the company. The vast majority of users prefer Playvox.
Playvox helps a lot in the organization of our agents, in addition to assisting in the service of agents, and in the knowledge base. All articles can be accessed at any time, helping a lot in productivity and service quality, reducing errors and directly reflecting on customer satisfaction. It's a great work tool.
