Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

We have a lot of remote offices and people that move between them. By having all printers accessible via a self-service portal, we have dramatically freed up help desk time and sped up life for users with their need to print in a new location. Especially with tighter security, which can complicate the installation of new printers, having everything available in an intuitive interface leads to satisfaction on both sides: the IT side and the user side.

PrinterLogic is very well suited for companies that have few or many remote offices, especially those companies that have remote locations in combination with staff that travel between locations. These remote locations often lack IT support, and when users need to print, the need is immediate -- so increasing the speed by which users can do what they want is highly beneficial.
