Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection for new employee welcome kits, new baby arrival kits, and contest/event merch.
  • Promptly responds to inquiries
  • Offers alternatives if an item is not available
  • Always offers to hop on a call/meeting to go over our account and make the best use of it
  • Shipping clarification (VAT fees if shipping to UK, for example)
  • Better way of picking shipping dates (current way is slow and lags)
  • Customization
  • CSM
  • Employee engagement
  • Customer engagement
  • Time expenditures
They are always prompt in responding to questions I have, and go above and beyond to send a Calendly link to schedule a call if more help is needed.

Making a kit is great because we get to make custom company boxes and really make an employee feel welcomed onboard.
