Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We've been looking for a company that can help us with
  • Swag selection, printing & customization
  • Efficient artwork upload and mockup approval process
  • Shipping logistics (including shipping and tracking)
  • Inventory management and replenishment
  • Budget tracking by campaigns
Printfection was able to prove all the above and more! The support team (Aubrey and Amy are the best!) is always there to help with timely responses (less than 4 hours on average). Don't know what to do w/o Printfection!

  • I was hoping that we can name the kit w/o being seen by the recipient. For example, Tier 1 gift / Tier 2 gift. But there is no way to hide it in the email.
  • Order when needed. Attire, for example, we had to order a bunch of shirts in all sizes before knowing the actual amount by size.

  • Less time/cost for employees on managing swag and collateral

  • Many suppliers use emails as the main communication channel, which is inefficient. On Printfection, all information is transparent and easy to find, including inventory, budgets, kit in process, shipping status, etc. It is very helpful.
  • The support team's timely support is great.
  • We use the services from tradeshows, customer/partner gifts, employee gifts, etc. and it fits all!
