Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I ADORE using Printfection. We needed a new system for managing our swag & tradeshow inventory and they came in to meet all of our needs. We're able to source new product (that they assist with and hit it out of the park, every time!), as well as have actual human hands and eyes on where our product is. Their dropship feature is my favorite thing - not only can I directly send our branded swag out to customers / prospects, I mainly use it for shipping our tradeshow items around the country, eliminating multiple trips to FedEx (and getting our swag out of my house!). By far and away, the customer service is unmatched - I feel extremely comfortable in our CSM & Swag Managers hands. All over, Printfection has narrowed down on exactly what works for companies like ours looking to simply and elevate our swag & inventory management, and I just love them for it.

From the intial sales call to now our 5th month with Printfection, the support and customer service is unmatched. I look forward to our weekly calls because our account manager and swag specialist are always coming with creative, exciting ideas, and are good at managing *me* - making sure I haven't forgotten about items we discussed previously, and really trying to keep their finger on the pulse of items that we need to improve our brand experience at tradeshows and with our prospects & clients. Everyone I've talked to at Printfection has been truly outstanding.
Instead of spending hours looking at subpar products on the "big" websites, having an actual human who makes it their goal to find exciting, quality swag has been such an improvement! Not to mention knowing the *exact* quantity of what we've spent money on is so eye-opening and helpful, instead of trying to manage those counts myself and being surprised 4 days before an event that I only have 12 items of whatever swag left. It gives me a full picture of what we have available, makes ordering more such a breeze, and helps keep us organized.

Anyone who does tradeshow shipping - they allow you to see real-time counts of where your stuff is, how much of each item is available, and coordinate the shipping for you.

Less appropriate - gifting. This is not a gifting platform (and doesn't pretend to be!). You do have to buy in quantity and everything does have to be branded.
