Privia is more intuitive for end-users than SharePoint. The document version controls are stricter, and Privia has more robust pipeline and business development capabilities behind-the-scenes.

I have never felt that Privia is lacking any specific function that another program offers.

Privia has a robust back-end system that is not visible to many users, but which eases the process of pipeline development for management.

2 - Knowledge of all back-end functions. Privia is tailored only to use the functions relevant to a particular organization, though the full suite of software offers much more. Privia support people need to know ALL of the functions. They also must be able to manage user roles and permissions.
