Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Unhappy with our former project management software and looking for an upgrade, we found Procore. Procore is used by our commercial construction team to manage projects from the bidding stage through closeout. It helps us to manage all facets of the project (drawings, documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, etc.) in one location so that all project team members, both in our firm, our architect and our subcontractors, have quick access to everything they need.
  • Procore's layout is very intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Customer support is top notch - we really appreciate the live chat function!
  • Submittal/RFI process is very straight forward.
  • For us the financial tools are not yet working the way we'd like them. The financial tools have come a long way in the last two years but we have not made the leap from our current system to Procore to manage financials.
  • Custom reporting is a great tool but there are still quite a few limitations on what information you can use to customize.
  • Increased efficiency- all pertinent information is stored logically within specific tabs so team members know where to look for information across all projects.
Procore is the best project management software I've come across and it works very well for both field and office employees within our organization. If you have users who are willing to put in the time and work to really learn Procore's capabilities you'll get quite a bit out of it.
