[It's[ One of the best construction management software packages that I have used. The software allows easy communication of RFIs, submittals, drawing issuances, contracts and change orders, along with numerous other items all in one. The ease of marking up plans electronically and instantly distributing to all subcontractors alone is outstanding.
- Electronic plans eliminate the need to carry hard copies through the job site.
- Easily track the status of submittals and RFIs.
- Effectively manage contracts and know the billing status at all times.
- Implementation of notifications to sync with Outlook would be a great addition.
- Enhanced schedule module to be more inline with MS Project or P6.
- Reduced time to issue drawings
- Reduced time to issue RFI responses
- Reduced time to issue submittals
- Tracking of document downloads and viewing
Much more user-friendly and intuitive to use. Allows for better and easier communications to architect, owner, and subcontractors.
