Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used on a major project consisting of 4 buildings in downtown Vancouver. It is being used by the whole project team (construction, design, consultants). It is an easy to use interface for documentation and project management. The project is using it for drawings that have been issued, but more importantly, site instructions and addendums during the critical time of construction.
- Ease of use of online interface
- Great help in the work that project managers perform
- Flexible and agile regarding how you can download and share files
- If the how to training video would pop up on the first login, that would be helpful rather than looking for it.
- Definite cost saving as the ease of use and manageability means less time spent by me on documentation
Procore is much more user-friendly than SharePoint, FTP sites, or any other means that I have seen on projects, including OnWare. Procore was already selected for this project when our firm started.
