Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being utilzied across all new projects at our company. Mainly used to facilitate drawing management, specs, RFIs, Submittals etc. Costs are currently not being used. It allows the flow of information to move quickly through all parties.
- Drawing management - this is done extremely well. Quick, easy way to maintain a current set of drawings. Improvements include integration with Bluebeam, detail inclusion, and ability to move drawings from Procore to PDF while maintaining original order.
- Submittal Process Flow - extremely easy to use once a person has the hang of it.
- RFI process flow is challenging on our project based on contractual agreements. Would be easier to use with more of a submittal workflow.
- Section for work change directives or Field orders.
- Learning a new system and getting all parties on boards can be very time consuming.

Procore is much more fluid for moving information between all parties.
