Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use procore for everyday tasks on the job, from submittals to daily logs. Being able to access the plans, shop drawings while walking around the site. We have also rolled out our Quality Management System based around procore, this will not only help us with the rework issue that we see, it will also help better our brand.
- Plans are easy to use and navigate on the iPad.
- Documents are easily accessible on the iPad.
- The customer support button is such a huge help.
- I love the certificates and the training videos.
- Being able to assign observations/punch list items to more than one person, maybe assign it to the company. So anyone that is assigned to that project will get the notification.
- Being able to use the QR codes to log observations is a great idea, being able to use the same QR codes and now you can take progress photos for each room or destination.
- The reports cold use some work, I currently still use Excel sheets to hand to the upper management staff. Being able to really customize the reports would really keep everything in one place for us.
Yes, we have our owners, subs, engineers, architects all on board using procore. Its been a smooth transition and has made everyone's jobs easier.
