Implementation Rating

All those that have used it have become very familiar with its different applications is a short period of time after they start using Procore. it is very user-friendly and therefore required little to no training, this makes it very attractive to our company as we do not have to use time and monetary resources on training classes

Ease of Integration

Procore has been integrated into our daily work very seamlessly as we have transferred to using it exclusively on a number of current projects. We are able to communicate with all involved in the project, not only our own company but those in other trades that are involved in the project as well

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is used as a sharing tool for our organization and the companies that we work with. We are allowed to share information in real time to ensure that everyone is working on the same set of plans or other documents. We also use it to share notes about the project to make sure that everyone involved gets that same information without sending out mass emails

Pros and Cons

The plan sharing function works very well and alerts you when something has changed
We are allowed to share contract documents is a neutral space that all parties have access to
The RFI applications allows us to ask questions in a manner that they are shared with all parties

Procore could use more descriptive tags so that you know exactly where to look for something
The systems generate emails to send you when something is updated it would be helpful to limit these by filtering out parts of the project you are not involved with to reduce the email volume
It would be helpful to be more descriptive on the emails to be able to know if the change pertains to our company or not

Collaboration Benefits

Yes, our company has benefited by being able to ensure that everyone on our team has access to the same information about the job at all times no matter if they are in the office or in the field. With plans changing on projects on a day to day basis, it is very nice to have this access to ensure everyone is working on the most up to date information.

Return on Investment

We have had a positive impact on the increase in efficiency due to having everyone working off the same documents at all times
I believe that all of those in our company using Procore have become very good using it due to its ease of use
I can think of no negative impacts that using Procore has on our ROI

Alternatives Considered

We have not used any other application that have the same applications as Procore. We were introduced to Procore by one of our General Contractors and have used it ever since because of its ease of use and collaborative applications. I would not consider trying any other product as I have experienced few to no problems with Procore

Likelihood to Recommend

In application, Procore has been very helpful with real-time collaborations between different areas of the construction process to ensure that all contractors are on the same page and are using the same information. I believe that Procore has enhanced our communication with general contractors by keeping a record of all communications and therefore eliminating any conversation about what was or was not talked about.
