Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Outside of the occasional hiccup we experience with the interactions between Procore and Quickbooks, we have been very happy with the implementation.
As stated before, there are issues with Quickbooks and Procore, but it seems as if the company is continuing to perfect their integration between the two platforms and make sure that they work well together in the near future.
We use it to accurately track expenses, manage costs, as well as manage and review projects.
  • Procore helps project managers constantly review budgets and spending on projects.
  • Procore assists the accounting department by helping keep track of change orders and PCOs.
  • Not the best interaction between Procore and Quickbooks. Sometimes there are issues between the two software and it causes issues throughout the office.
  • It's definitely helped with maintaining expenses and maintaining our budgets.
It's perfect in almost every way. The only issues my company has with Procore is the interaction between Procore and Quickbooks, as it was initially designed for another software. But, Procore's support is absolutely fantastic and is willing to work with any and all issues in regards to everything. They're quick, attentive, and very easy to work with.
