Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore as a general contractor to manage all of our construction projects. It is used across the whole organization with the exception of accounting. It makes it very easy to have information available to owners, architects, engineers, designers, superintendents, etc. We use it to track project progress, subcontractors and commitments, submittals, change orders, and more.
  • Having every aspect of the job easily made available to who we want to see it, and the option to have private aspects as well. Being able to assigns specific user permissions is great!
  • Superintendents can view the directory to know what subs are on projects, and they can see the commitments to know what the subs should be doing.
  • Daily progress photos help to keep everyone in the loop as to what is going on without ever having to set foot on the construction site.
  • The best customer service of any company I have ever encountered.
  • Sometimes I get an error message that too many users are currently using Procore, try back later. Considering how much we rely on Procore, this can be particularly frustrating.
  • In different areas of Procore, if you enter a dollar amount , the decimal point is recorded differently. For instance, if you enter "123" in one area, it will record as $123.00, while in another area, it will record as $1.23.
Yes, we have benefited from cloud-based access. On one project the client was in Florida, the designer was in North Texas, the project was in South Texas, and the project manager was in South Carolina. It was very helpful to have all information available to everyone that needed it.

Procore makes these things easy to track. It is also helpful to track who enters information.
Very intuitive and user friendly. And in the event that something doesn't make sense, or we get stuck, the customer service at Procore is the best!
Procore is great for general contractors. Employees in several different positions can use it effectively and collaborate with each other.
