Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are a plumbing subcontractor. We use Procore for Drawing and Photo storage, RFI's, Daily Logs Change Orders. Drawings, Photos, Daily Logs, and RFI's are accessible to all of our authorized users for a particular project, and Change Orders are available to those at a higher authorization level.

- Needs to be more subcontractor friendly. The process of just getting to Change Orders is far too time consuming.
- A separate subcontractor platform with ONLY subcontractor friendly modules would be great.
- Time Savings/Increased Efficiency - RFI and Change Order processing time was reduced by approximately 25%
- Increased Efficiency - RFI notifications for past due RFI's allow us to follow up so as to not delay the work in the field.
- There are no more forgotten Change Orders. The Change Order Log is easy to read, review, and cross check with our accounting system during a job reconciliation.
We were looking into eSub, which has some pretty good features to it. Procore has most of those features, and that, coupled with the fact that a lot of general contractors we work for use Procore, helped us to determine that Procore was our best choice.

Drawings - These ensure everyone has the most up to date project files.
Photos - These allow everyone to see what the guys in the field are seeing.
Daily Log - Our customized Daily Log allows us to track equipment, deliveries, workforce, inspections, delays. That, along with the ability to attach photos and files, creates a complete daily report.
Change Events - This module allows us to start the creation of a change that will eventually turn into a Potential Change Order.
Time Tracking - We don't currently use Procore for time tracking as it doesn't suit our needs. It would be nice if one day Procore were to acquire a timekeeping company that allows an individual to clock in and out on their own. If Procore could roll this feature into its platform, it would benefit a lot of subcontractors.

We have benefited from Procore's collaboration tools on several projects. The streamlined and time-saving process of RFI to Change Event on the general contractor's side to PCO on our side helps keep the project moving forward as quickly as possible.
