Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are using Procore mostly for sharing information with our team--particularly job history and organization. We utilize it for small remodeling projects up to large apartment projects. It helps us keep information current, track jobs, and have a local source to be able to go back to later and access information regarding specific jobs we have done in the past.
- Keeping the most current plans/folders at the top of the list
- Sharing info with our team
- Easier way to add new team members to all jobs in progress
- Easier/larger photos to view in Procore Drive
- I have yet to view the ACV results, but am confident that we have saved using Procore!
We have integrated QuickBooks recently. We have just done this in the last month or two, so pretty early for conclusions, although it seems the office staff does like it.
This has been good for the field staff as they enter their hours. The foreman can do it quickly, and it helps that the office does not have to wait for their time-sheets. Saves a lot of time!
