Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore for information distribution, drawing management, and daily logs.
- The mobile app is easy to use.
- Drawings are great.
- Some features are only available on desktop version, and not mobile.
- Daily logs notifications from email open in your browser rather than the app, which can be frustrating.
- Procore allows our field team to have access to up to date documents, whenever they need them.
- Procore allows office workers to have access to important information 24/7.
We currently do not have any integrations with Procore to other programs. However, we are considering using the financial tools and integrating that tool with QuickBooks integration.
I am part of our office team, so I do not typically enter daily logs. However, I know that our field team does daily logs to track manpower, issues, and for CYA purposes. It is very quick and they are able to get it done and move on to the next thing without much thought or work.
