Projectplace is mainly used for addressing tasks and team communication.Therefore the boards with the scrum methodology are used. Team members are able to manage their tasks at their desk and fulfillment of work is transparent and shared with the team.
Twice a week reviews are carried out with the team. This helps to reduce mail and phone communication. As a result, efficacy grows.
