Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
My company uses Projectplace to manage our list of active projects. Projectplace is was chosen for its ability to allow all members involved in the project (chemists, their supervisors, project manager, regulatory, marketing and even the CEO) to know where we stand with the given project at any given time. We currently use only the English language version.
- Projectplace makes communication easy: any user can simply log on and get the information you need, quickly.
- Projectplace is not bulky: being browser based, there are no programs to install or apps to maintain.
- Projectplace is streamlined: there are not many functions that you will not use.
- Projectplace can be confusing: With all the boards, cards, categories etc. users who don't use the program daily get easily confused where to get the information they are looking for. It can be can be quite embarrassing for someone running a board meeting to get lost when trying to find the info they need while plastered on the big screen.
- I would say that keeping everyone in the loop has made project management much more efficient.
Projectplace appeared to be much more streamline and offer more features than the competition at a competitive price.
