Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
We use Prophix to consolidate financial data from several locations each currently on different ERP systems. We heavily rely on Prophix for reports within their platform but also use their excel add-on (analyzer) to create custom reports in excel. It has been great! The reporting and functionality can be tailored to our exact needs. We also use their workflows and report binders to help guide out month-end close process and automatically send out reports.

We use to have a million tab excel file that consolidated trial balances, converted the currencies, and eliminated intercompany balances. It was prone to errors and was never correct. Prophix helped make those steps easy and we close the books with confidence now. I highly recommend.
