Qlik Sense is used by various key Department Heads, primarily Senior Management, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. On the fly information is passed to stake holders to assist decisions.
- Some of the key reports on costing like Consumption Job Sheets and Finance Account Receivable/Payable Ageing Reports are used.
- A few reports take a longer period to be manually prepared/compiled by users.
- Qlik provides this information readily available all the time.
- At few Instance, Qlik has limitation in displaying information primarily on Matrix data.
- Qlik does not perform well or even development/configuration appears difficult on slice/dice on the header as well as record-level analysis.
- Interfacing using API too has its own challenges and we have to adopt database connectivity methods.
- Positive is the time utilized by users has reduced in preparing reports and analysis.
- We could not implement all the required reports.
- Overall business objectives remain neutral, however, I would say it's a loss since unable to get maximum.
Better currently, however, Power BI is gaining more popularity with its ease to integrate with Microsoft Products.
