Overall Satisfaction with QuBit

As lead Front End Developer for the OSI Team at Maplin Electronics I am responsible for the front end of the website and I also manage the Qubit account where by I take a more technical hands-on approach with the technology that Qubit have to offer. The Qubit dashboard offers a simple, non-technical approach with an easy to use solution designer, as well as my preferred 'advanced mode' where by I can simply design the solution by writing raw JavaScript, jQuery, HTML & CSS. There has also been the recent addition of a repository, loaded full of solutions that come in handy, pre built! Qubit gives us the ability to identify and develop both 'quick wins' and complete UI changes to areas of the website. We can then gauge the success via the dashboards and the strategists are always on hand to help if we have any issues. In some cases, when we need to deploy a quick change to the front end, Qubit can really come into its element as we can fire out a change within seconds giving us control and the ability to respond until a hard-coded deployment takes place which is a longer process!

I have used various other platforms for testing but none quite have the personal and professional edge that Qubit demonstrates on a daily basis. Be it from their strategists or powerful tools - the package is a complete solution that 'just works'.
Relationship aside, Qubit is driven and strives to make the most out of the technology available to them - I anticipate that as the web evolves (as it continuously is) that Qubit will be right there, ready to react and make use of all the data and tech available to them.
Qubit has a selection of great products and I feel like they would add value to any eCommerce business, especially if you have the type of person who wants to constantly monitor the opinions of your customers and react quickly to their feedback and test / implement on the fly changes to your front end.
