Overall Satisfaction with Qubit
Qubit was being used by the whole organisation as a product optimisation tool for running multi-variant tests. This allowed us to make changes to various parts of the website and measure the impact of those changes.
- Open minded to ideas and suggestions. They used internal experts from other industries to suggest improvements to our product.
- Qubit was responsive which was a necessity when managing the relationship largely via electronic communications.
- Very powerful tool when used properly.
- Getting tests to market needs to be quicker. Improving the the QA before sending tests to us for UAT should be improved. I often found simple issues that should have been identified and fixed by them.
- Promote the product more. The technology is really powerful but we only utilized a small part of it. I believe Qubit could have been more proactive at trying to get buy in from our business areas for using additional features.
- More training for internal users. Qubit was always very good when approached for training and knowledge share. I think they could have done more of this to educate people on how to use their product in more depth.
